Modification & Enforcement

A modification is necessary when a parent or conservator wants to change or modify an existing Order with the Court. Common reasons for modifications are a desired change in custody, visitation or child support. When the parties involved are not able to amicably reach an agreement outside of Court, legal action is essential. Every modification is different and the steps involved are dependent on the specific Order to be modified.
